Job Description/ Respsilbilites:
  • Responsible for on-call non working office hours every other week & weekend. Begins the close of business Friday until someone opens on Mondays and Holidays.
  • Schedule coverage for clients needs
    • Utilize software for documentation
  • Relay and report information  to scheduling manager
  • Provide high quality customer service through all interactions
  • Fill in for scheduling Manager when he/she is  out of the office
  • Some filing maintenance required
  • All other duties as assigned
