Client Service Representative/Scheduler
The Client Service Representative/Scheduler, works independently to build relationships with assigned field staff and influences them to take assigned shifts, ensuring coverage for our clients.
Responsibilities:
Mandated Reporting: All MAS employees are Mandated Reporters and therefore required by law to report all allegations, which may include suspicions of or the witnessing of, any abuse or neglect involving any MAS client. Abuse and neglect may include but not be limited to: mistreatment, neglect, abuse, and injuries. You are required to report these incidents to your supervisor and then make out a written incident report regarding these allegations. It is MAS policy to thoroughly investigate all allegations of abuse and neglect whether verbal or written.
Interpersonal Relationships: All comments, attitudes, actions, and behavior have a direct affect on the company s image and perception of quality service. Interaction with patients/clients, families, physicians, referral services, volunteers; co-workers, supervisors, vendors, etc. must be in a manner that is friendly, supportive, courteous,
compassionate, respectful, cooperative, and professional. This behavior should promote an atmosphere of teamwork that is congruent with MAS standards and guidelines to promote positive relationships.
Physical Requirements: This position is mainly sedentary, with a significant amount of computer entry, (close monitor work, keyboarding/typing) and extensive telephone communication. You must have: good visual acuity, accurate color vision, the ability to do some lifting, (up to 20 pounds) the ability to push, pull and essentially utilize a
full range of body movement, the ability to stand, walk, stop, kneel, crouch and/or crawl, the ability to reach, grasp, use fine finger movement and feel fine sensation to discern temperature, texture, size, shape. You must have the ability to speak and hear clearly. This position includes exposure to fluorescent lighting and moderate noise from
office equipment.

Responsibilities:
- Scheduling of field staff within specified region
- Maintaining list of and incorporating new qualified employees to fulfill current and projected client needs
- Updating software for scheduling of employees
- Updating software with information for new and existing clients and employees
- Confirming and entering time slip information accurately to initiate payroll process
- Building key client relationships, including reporting issues, questions and complaints to leadership
- Build relationships with, influence, and handle administrative supervision of all field staff
- Ensure a positive and complete transition from business hours from/to On Call Staffing Coordinator at beginning and end of each day
- Participate in meetings, projects, and initiatives as requested by leadership
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality, by adhering to HIPAA and other confidentiality guidelines
- Maintain personal and professional boundaries in ways that are informed and sensitive to clients, caregivers, co-workers and supervisors
- Work independently to accomplish responsibilities, request assistance when needed
- Maintain documentation in a clear and complete manner
- Assist with projects as directed.
- High School Diploma or equivelent
- Proficient computer skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, Can build relationships and influence others.
- Minimum two (2) years staffing or related experience (call center, scheduling, and/or other high volume in/outboud calls) experience
- Flexibility to make connections with individuals outside of standard hours.
- Ability to understand and follow through with directions
- Demonstrate appropriate knowledge and competence of designated skills identified for position
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, caregivers, co-workers and supervisors
