The Role: Business Development Representative
The Business Development Representative is crucial to growing our business. The focus of this position is developing and closing qualified Facility Accounts (ICP) through our sales process by cold calling, referral network nurturing, partner channel development, and managing marketing and social media programs.

- Sell our total; staffing solution model (Per Diem, travel, and Block Booking) to long-term healthcare facilities seeking clinical staff
- Generate new business opportunities by identifying, contacting, and qualifying new prospects/customers
- Develop mutually beneficial proposals and negotiate contract terms with clients/prospects to secure new business
- Inbound and Outbound Prospecting
- Build, maintain and maximize the throughput of your pipeline.
- Account mapping / planning
- Guide prospects through the buying journey to become signed clients
- Hold intelligent and engaging conversations over the phone and email and web conferences
- Understanding our unique customer and interacting with empathy.
- 5 to 7 years of experience, in healthcare business development/sales but not pharma
- Proven business development success through effective use of core sales tools: HubSpot CRM, LinkedIn, Microsoft Office, or similar
- The capability of understanding customer pain points, requirements and correlating potential business to value that MAS Medical can provide
- Strong and professional communication skills -- written, verbal, presentation
- Aptitude to manage numerous requests and time demands concurrently while achieving production goals from assigned territory or set of accounts
- Promote a strong sense of urgency for reaching goals and key deliverables.
