The Role:
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to lead data-driven marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be an analytical and strategic thinker with prior hands-on experience using paid marketing channels to drive lead generation and/or customer acquisition.
This is a hybrid role, working 2 days/week in our Manchester, NH office.

The Role:
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to lead data-driven marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be an analytical and strategic thinker with prior hands-on experience using paid marketing channels to drive lead generation and/or customer acquisition.
This is a hybrid role, working 2 days/week in our Manchester, NH office.
As the Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will:
- Lead digital marketing strategies, campaigns, and tactics across multiple channels including SEM, job board marketplaces, and social, with both B2C and B2B targets
- Synthesize data across multiple platforms to understand campaign results, and develop insights to optimize ongoing and future campaigns
- Support other marketing channels on an as-needed basis, including email, web, and organic social
- Be accountable for digital marketing KPIs and campaign results, fueling growth for the business

In this position, you must have:
- 2+ years of work experience in digital marketing
- Expertise in SEM, with direct experience managing campaigns
- Experience with social advertising channels strongly preferred
- Experience with CRM and/or Applicant Tracking Systems (HubSpot and/or Bullhorn preferred), or comparable experience working with and analyzing data from complex enterprise systems
- Strong analytical skills, including experience developing reporting in Excel, Tableau, and/or other data analysis tools
- Ability to synthesize information into clear business insights
- Exposure to and/or working knowledge of SEO and web analytics (Google Analytics) principles strongly preferred
