Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide hands-on patient/client care
  • Case evaluation and case plan updates with recommendations
  • Client education and issue resolution
  • And all other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Position Requirements:
  • Active nursing license in the state of Maine
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the home health nursing field
  • Current CPR certificate
  • Clean driving records and valid driver s license
  • Reliable transportation, motor vehicle insurance & registration
  • Per State regulations COVID and Flu vaccinations mandatory
